FULL SPECTRUM CBD OIL
CBD oil with a full spectrum contains, in contrast to CBD isolates such as with pure CBD, a wide range of cannabinoids that are present in the cannabis or hemp plant. Depending on the condition and what you want to achieve, it can have a greater effect than just CBD, because all cannabinoids work together in the so-called entourage effect.
This synergy not only ensures a more effective product, but also ensures that any unwanted effects are prevented or reduced.
Full spectrum CBD oil refers to when the pure oil extracted from hemp, it contains the same cannabinoids and compounds as those in the original hemp plant. Unlike isolated or synthetic cannabinoids, full spectrum CBD oil contains a range of cannabinoids, as well as many essential vitamins and minerals, fatty acids, proteins, chlorophyll, fiber, flavonoids and terpenes.

CANNABINOIDS
Full spectrum CBD oil contains dozens of cannabinoids. The most common cannabinoid found is cannabidiol (CBD), a non-psychoactive substance that has been shown to have many benefits in studies. CBD accounts for more than 90% of the cannabinoid content in full-spectrum hemp oil. Hemp oil also contains the cannabinoid cannabidiolic acid (CBDa). CBDa is more abundant in living hemp than CBD. Often hemp oil will undergo a heating process, called decarboxylation, that turns CBDa into CBD and offers those looking for the highest levels of CBD a more ideal product. Other more important cannabinoids in the full spectrum are cannabigerol (CBG), tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabinol (CBN).

VITAMINS AND MINERALS
Extracted Full spectrum CBD oil also contains an extensive list of naturally occurring vitamins and minerals. Vitamins A, C and E. are present and also the B-complex vitamins such as riboflavin, thiamin and niacin. Hemp oil is also a source of vitamins that are often not sufficiently present in many diets, including beta-carotene. Minerals are essential for a variety of body functions, nerve function and metabolic processes. They are also important for building strong bones and the health of our blood, skin and hair. Full spectrum CBD oil contains minerals such as magnesium, zinc, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and iron.

ESSENTIAL FATS AND PROTEINS
Hemp oil is a healthy source of protein that plays a role in building and repairing tissues. Health officials recommend eating red meat regularly because it is higher in saturated fat, but hemp oil is a healthy source of all 20 amino acids, including the nine essential amino acids to be provided through the diet. Essential fatty acids are necessary for maintaining cardiovascular health. The two primary essential fatty acids – Omega 3 and Omega 6 – are ideally consumed in a ratio of approximately 3: 1. Full spectrum CBD offers the two essential fatty acids in the optimum 3: 1 ratio.

MCT OIL
What is so good about MCT Oil?
MCT is the abbreviation for Medium Chain Triglycerides (or medium-chain fatty acids). MCT is an oil that is extracted from coconut or palm kernel oil. The oil is often compared to coconut oil, but in reality MCT oil is better in several respects. This is because MCT oil contains a higher concentration of fatty acids.
These are fatty acids with a certain length, as the name indicates medium chain. The body handles these types of fats differently. Unlike fatty acids with long chains, the MCTs are used for energy immediately after ingestion in the liver and not first processed by the digestive system.
Short, medium and long chains of fatty acids
Fats consist of carboxylic acids and carbon atoms. The number of carbon atoms is used to determine the category. The short chains have a maximum length of 5 atoms, medium chains of 6 to 12 and long chains more than 12 atoms. As the number of atoms increases, the combustion becomes more difficult. The medium chains are seen as easily digestible by being used in the liver and thus more or less skip digestion.
MCT oil can consist of a mix of these fatty acids. The oil is an extract of coconut or palm oil, both of which contain many of these fatty acids. For example, coconut oil has a percentage of fats of 62 to 65 percent as a natural source. MCT fatty acids can also be found to a lesser extent in dairy products such as cheese, butter, milk and yogurt. The fatty acids that most buyers are concerned with are caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10).

Benefits
The structure of the fatty acids makes the oil suitable for various purposes. These are the benefits of MCT oil:

Easy to digest.
Unlike oils with long chain fatty acids such as olive oil, fatty acids go directly to the bloodstream because they are quickly digested. The fats do not have to undergo normal digestion first. This makes oil oil a good choice for people who have digestive problems or problems with the absorption of fats.

Better absorption from other foods
Because fatty acids are digested differently, it ensures that other nutrients are also absorbed more easily. These are, for example, fat-soluble vitamins, minerals and proteins.

Full energy source
Because fatty acids are processed in the liver, the fats can provide a fast and long-lasting energy. The advantage is that the fats are only used to a lesser extent for fat storage. It is advantageous for athletes that the fatty acids can be used for energy if the glucose in the body is used up after a certain time.

Hormone support
The MCT fatty acids can provide an advantage for people with an imbalance in hormone balance. There are also studies that suggest that fatty acids can improve insulin sensitivity. MCTs can therefore also be used for blood sugar problems so that the insulin works more efficiently2.

Lose weight faster
Although “fast” losing weight is never good, fatty acids can help to speed up weight loss. This is the result of the way the body processes the fatty acids and that it is not quickly stored as body fat. No matter how nice this sounds, losing weight with only the oil while you continue to eat a lot is probably not the best choice. MCT oil is a tool that can help you lose weight as part of a modified diet as it is the case with the ketogenic diet.

Suitable for ketogenic diet
Of course, one of the important characteristics of mct oil is that it is suitable for the ketogenic diet. It consists of almost 100 percent fat, making it a useful tool to quickly and effectively add more fat to your diet.
